Telemedicine is the exchange of medical information from one location to another using electronic communication, which improves patient health status.Telemedicine (also referred to as "telehealth" or "e-health") allows health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in remote locations using telecommunications technology.Telemedicine allows patients in remote locations to access medical expertise quickly, efficiently and without travel.

Remote Health Care demand is increasing day by day, as II & III tier localities are facing the problems of Doctors availability as most of the qualified Doctors want to be in Tier I city, and pursue their career, which is more fetching financially.

By using Telemedicine, the vacuum of Doctors availability in remote areas is filled, as this Telemedicine platform builds the bridge between the Doctor and the patient, irrespective of their Geographical presence.
